The Easy Restaurant Point of Order system on iPod/iPhone presents a streamlined solution for food service establishments. Developed by Infogrammer Software Solution in Chiang Mai, Thailand, it is part of the broader Easy Restaurant Food & Beverage Management platform, recognized as one of the leading software solutions in Thailand's hospitality industry.

Prior to logging in, users should tap the gear icon located at the top right corner and navigate to "Setting Server URL." There, they should input "103.213.204.141/mobileapi" and press save. To explore the system's features, users can download the app and enter the PIN code "2526" to access a demo server by default.

The Point of Order feature emphasizes user experience with a clear interface, large buttons, and efficient functionality. It allows staff to quickly select menu items, group orders by category, and modify items with support for single and multiple choices. Orders can be promptly sent to kitchen printers or monitors for efficient communication.

The integrated Order Tracking with Kitchen Monitor enables staff to scan QR codes from order tickets, ensuring orders are delivered to the correct tables and properly served.

Additionally, the Call for Bill feature simplifies communication by allowing staff to notify cashiers when a table requests their bill.

For establishments with an existing Easy Restaurant Professional License, installation and setup are straightforward—users can simply download the app and begin use.
